Instructions for Authors
The International Journal of Conference Proceedings is an open access online journal which publishes conference proceedings in all Academic diciplines including Medical, Surgical, Engineering and Basic Sciences Research. This novel journal has the advantage of being freely accessible to an unlimited international readership offering the best possible exposure for published conference proceedings.
Conference proceedings may be submitted directly to email@example.com . Each manuscript that is published in ‘International Journal of Conference Proceedings’ is universally and freely accessible via the Internet in an easily readable and printable.
The Journal is an Indexed Peer Review Publication with every article having its own DOI (digital object identifier)
ONLINE MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION: An online submission and tracking service via Internet facilitates a speedy and cost-effective submission of proceedings. The conference proceedings (manuscripts/abstracts/posters) can be submitted online via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
Conference manuscripts, abstracts and/or posters must be submitted by the organizers of the conference or by one of the authors. The conference organizer OR corresponding author of each manuscript/abstract/poster will be required to submit the journal specific Covering Letter, for and on behalf of the co-authors (if any). The author(s), or the conference organizers on their behalf, will confirm that the manuscript/abstract/poster (or any part of it) has not been published previously in any other conference procedings available on jocponline.com. A statement of independent peer-review for all submissions must be acknowledged and the referee’s comments submitted to the publisher (see Peer Review below). Furthermore, any illustration, structure or table that has been published elsewhere must be reported, and copyright permission for reproduction must be obtained.
For all online submissions, please provide the complete abstract in the form of a single zipped folder containing soft copies of all the material (main text in MS Word or Tex/LaTeX), figures/illustrations in TIFF, PDF or JPEG, videos and diagrams as separate files [if available]
A successful electronic submission of a manuscript/abstract/poster will be followed by a system-generated acknowledgement to the principal/corresponding author/organizer within 72 hours of the dispatch of the manuscript. Conference Abstract Style:
Abstracts should be brief and must not exceed 600 words. It should be divided into background/introduction, material methodds, results and conclusion. It should include all the keywords of research. The emphasis should be generally on the main findings and main conclusions since these areas are of most interest to readers.
Details of all authors, first name last name, email with affiliations should be provided. Conrresponding authors should be detailed with postal address and email. For individual author submissions, please mention the name of the conference and date of conference
Poster submissions to the journal from conference poster sessions are welcome. Authors should include all relevant supporting data with each poster submitted including abstract, figures, soft copy of full poster [pdf, image]. Details of all authors, first name last name, email with affiliations should be provided. Conrresponding authors should be detailed with postal address and email. For individual author submissions, please mention the name of the conference and date of conference
Workshop/Symposiums/Courses: The journal will also considers workshops/symposiums/courses for publication.

ALL Publications in JOCP are Free of Charge.
Authors are not required to Pay anything for Publication of their abstracts.
